About Connected Health Chiropractic

Chiropractic care in Sydney CBD, with time to understand the bigger picture.

Everything is connected

Connected Health Chiropractic was created around a simple idea: everything in the body is connected.

How you sit, move, work, rest, recover and carry stress can all influence how your body feels.

Looking beyond one sore spot

Care here looks at more than the area that feels sore. Time is taken to listen, assess, and explain what may be contributing.

The aim is to help your body make sense again, with care tailored to you.

Meet Your Chiropractor

Dr Aimee Mason

(BScChiro), MClinChiro, Dip Women's Health

Hi, I’m Aimee.

I’m the chiropractor behind Connected Health Chiropractic.

This clinic has been built around the kind of care I believe in: calm, clear, connected, and centred around the person in front of me.

Chiropractic has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

I grew up receiving regular care, and by the age of 12 I already knew I wanted to become a chiropractor. That early connection to the profession still shapes the way I practise today.

While I have a special interest in women’s health, I love caring for people across all stages of life, from babies and children through to adults, older patients, and everyone in between.

Outside the clinic, I also value staying connected to the wider chiropractic community. I currently chair the Eastern Regional Committee for the Australian Chiropractors Association, and enjoy contributing to the profession while staying involved in student support.

Whether I’m in the treatment room, speaking with students, or contributing to the wider profession, the same value sits at the centre: connection. Connection within the body, and connection between practitioner and patient.

"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."

How Care Feels Here

Over time, what’s become most important to me is how people experience their care.

Many people I see haven’t felt fully listened to, or haven’t had things explained in a way that makes sense. Often, care can feel rushed or focused on just one area, without looking at the bigger picture.

That’s not how I practise.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I take the time to understand your history, assess how your body is functioning, and explain what may be contributing in a way that feels clear and manageable.

Hands-on chiropractic treatment is part of care, with techniques adapted to your body, preferences and comfort level. This can also be supported by guidance around posture, movement and daily habits that may influence how your body feels.
