Chiropractic Services

Every person is different, and your care should reflect that.

Appointments are designed to understand what’s been happening, how your body is functioning, and what approach may be appropriate for you.

Initial Consultation

Your first appointment gives us time to talk through what’s been happening, assess how your body is functioning, and discuss what may be contributing.

This includes:

  • a detailed history

  • a thorough examination

  • explanation of relevant findings

  • if appropriate, your first adjustment

Time is taken to understand the full picture, not just one part of it.

Ongoing Care

Ongoing care is designed to support your body through different stages.

This may include:

  • chiropractic adjustments

  • review of your progress and goals

  • guidance around posture, work setup and daily habits

Your care evolves as your body responds over time.

Techniques & Approach

A range of techniques may be used, depending on what suits your body, comfort level, and stage of care.

Diversified & Manual Adjustments

Hands-on techniques used to introduce movement through specific joints, depending on what is appropriate for you.

Drop Piece Techniques

A table-assisted technique that uses a small, controlled drop mechanism to help introduce movement in a more gradual way.

Activator Instrument

A handheld instrument that delivers a precise, low-force impulse, often used when a gentler approach is preferred.

SOT Pelvic Blocking

A gentle technique using padded blocks to support positioning and help guide changes through the pelvis and spine.

Dry Needling & Soft Tissue Work

Approaches that may be used to address areas of muscle tension, sensitivity or tightness.

Posture, Work Setup & Daily Habit

Care may also include practical guidance around posture, work setup and everyday habits that may be influencing how your body feels.

Areas of Focus

Whether something feels new, ongoing, or hard to explain, the first step is understanding what may be contributing.

People often seek care for:

  • neck and back discomfort

  • postural concerns

  • headaches

  • general stiffness or tension

  • work-related posture and ergonomics

  • “tech neck” and screen-related tension

  • support with exercise or everyday movement

  • pregnancy and postnatal changes

  • children’s spinal health checks

Care may also include broader conversations around sleep, stress, nutrition, work habits and overall wellbeing.
